    Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

    Work you'll do

    As a Solution Specialist in our WT practice, you will focus on optimizing our clients' learning experience by increasing learner centricity, operational efficiency, program effectiveness, and learning alignment with business strategy. In this role you will:

    + Act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them with determining Digital Learning Strategies and instructional design best practices

    + Perform curriculum analysis, design, and rationalization

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Instructional Design or equivalent; or equivalent experience

    + 1+ years learning-related experience in consulting or industry

    + 1+ year of experience supporting learning advisory projects and teams

    + Demonstrated experience with common digital learning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate

    + Demonstrated training material design, development and delivery experience
