**_What Technology Product Management contributes to Cardinal Health_**

Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the customer experience. This function creates strategies for the portfolio and innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders, develops back-end solutions and capabilities, and improves the front-end experience.

Technology Product Management provides end-to-end management for commercial technologies to drive high customer satisfaction and business value for the technologies. This job family develops strategies for the commercial technology portfolio and works with business leaders and capacity planning roles to forecast demand for each service. This job family also allocates financial and human resources within the commercial technology portfolio and identifies opportunities for business to share and leverage commercial technology resources.

Velocare is Cardinal Health's distributed supply‑chain, and last‑mile fulfillment solution designed to support high‑acuity hospital‑level care at home through fast, coordinated delivery from local depots, often within one to two hours of order placement. Our platform supports the entire workflow, from ordering, delivery, collection, cleaning, and consolidated billing, empowering health systems, digital health companies, and telehealth providers to scale home‑based care seamlessly.

**_Responsibilities_**

+ Manage and coach agile software development teams in delivery of software products to market.

+ Demonstrate knowledge of the project management initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing processes.

+ Connect short-term demands to long-term implications, in alignment with the supporting business case.

+ Effectively balance competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage project success.

+ Connect project objectives to broader organizational goals.

+ Partner with stakeholders and the development team to establish a product roadmap and ensures there is a shared understanding of product/business requirements.

+ Partner with stakeholders to ensure the team is producing a solution that meets established standards, procedures and practices.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to aggressively address issues, risks and mitigation plans.

+ Ensure that software development teams have the resources in place that they need to deliver software products.

+ Partner with stakeholders to establish and manage expectations around milestones and schedule.

+ Provide coaching on the adoption and improvement of agile/lean management and engineering practices on teams.

+ Encourage collaboration and proactively seek opportunities to improve collaboration.

+ Track and ensure visibility of historical team metrics and progress of the Iteration and releases.

+ Assist with internal and external communication by transparently radiating information, especially relative to historical team metrics, progress towards Iteration and release goals, and team capacity.

+ Optimize increases and sustain throughput, ensuring prioritization of work by value and risk.

+ Communicate project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to stakeholders in an open and honest fashion.

+ Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, sizing and tasking.

+ Proactively identify and remove blockers

+ Facilitate frequent retrospectives, sharing metrics to identify and implement improvements.

+ Coordinates release and sprint planning.

**_Qualifications_**

+ 8-12 years of experience, preferred

+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

+ Salesforce experience, preferred

+ Logistics experience, preferred

+ Proven ability to manage delivery by cross functional team in a fast-paced environment

+ Experience managing agile delivery by a distributed team.

+ Experience running Agile projects, including Agile at scale, PI planning, backlog grooming and sprint execution tracking

+ Experience managing dependencies across product, development, QA, infrastructure teams and external vendors

**Anticipated salary range:** $103,500 - $155,295
