**CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager II – Technical Project Manager opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ.**

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

**Duration:** Ongoing Contract

**Duties:**

+ Lead and manage Agile Release Trains, including conducting Program Increment (PI) Planning and overseeing execution across multiple Scrum teams

+ Drive PI metrics, facilitate Scrum of Scrums (SoS) calls, and provide status updates in collaboration with Scrum TPMs

+ Coordinate with cross-platform and impacted teams to proactively identify, manage, and resolve dependencies, risks, and issues

+ Develop, maintain, and execute project plans for initiatives impacting the Agile Release Train within the platform

+ Support the delivery of solutions within the Finance portfolio, with a focus on compliance, regulatory, and financial systems

+ Ensure alignment with corporate governance and project lifecycle methodologies

**Skills:**

+ Strong understanding and practical application of Agile frameworks, with experience in managing Agile Release Trains

+ Proficient in PI Planning, Agile metrics, and portfolio/program management

+ Exceptional organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

+ Ability to collaborate across diverse technical and business teams

+ Excellent problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities

**Experience:**

+ 5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in a scaled Agile environment

+ Hands-on experience acting as a Release Train Engineer or equivalent role

+ Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives

+ Experience working within Finance, Regulatory, and Compliance domains is strongly preferred

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required
