**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk**

**Job Description**

Join a fast-paced and dynamic distribution environment as a Warehouse Associate, also known internally as an OEM Parts Wrangler. You will handle genuine OEM parts with the help of automated conveyors, sorters, and robots. Your role involves picking, packing, shipping, putting away, loading, and receiving parts while maintaining a safety-first environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble and pack purchase orders for shipment.

+ Use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts.

+ Scan and sort products for inventory.

+ Verify products and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

+ Collaborate with the Warehouse team to complete daily orders.

+ Performance will be measured by the quantity and accuracy of parts processed daily.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience with picking and RF scanners.

+ Knowledge of warehouse distribution, shipping, and receiving.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Experience in inventory management, logistics, and shipping & receiving.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ At least 1 year of warehouse or retail experience.

+ Experience in a position within the last 5 years that lasted more than 1 year.

+ Ability to move around for long periods and consistently lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

+ Experience using carts, forklifts, ladders, or reach trucks is beneficial.

+ Entry-level candidates with retail experience are also considered.

**Work Environment**

Work in a brand new, climate-controlled facility. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturday work required.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Litchfield Park, Arizona.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
