6+ Yrs Exp mechanical design engineer. Preferably from Fire products design.

+ Must have atleast 6 yrs exp in Product design.

+ Creating concepts, mechanisms, coordinating Prototypes., FOT approvals, Production process awareness.

+ Component Lifecycle management exposure

+ Proficient in Injection molding design, Sheet metal designs and Castings

+ Plastic material knowledge/selection criteria and application knowledge

+ Good knowledge on Manufacturing process.

+ Hands-on expertise in 3D modelling preferably Solidworks or Creo

+ FEM simulation (atleast static) experience is preference,

+ Good knowledge and practical experience in GD&T applications.

+ Process knowledge of ECN/ECR and SAP PDM knowledge.

+ Experience in Pneumatics and fluid dynamics is preferred.

+ Very strong in first principles and fundamentals

+ Mold and Tooling design knowledge is preferred

Experience: 6-10 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech
