**Job Title: Structural Welder**
**Job Description**
The technician will be responsible for assembling and installing racks for equipment, ensuring they are securely bolted together.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and install racks for equipment.
+ Bolt racks together securely.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of construction experience.
+ D1.1 Certification
+ Proficiency in assembly and installation.
+ OSHA10 Certification.
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints.
+ Experience with fitting and stick welding.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable with heights.
+ Able to lift 50+ lbs.

**Work Environment**
Work will be conducted at various large job sites, including TSMC, Intel, and Lucid. The role involves working five 10-hour days per week, with potential for additional hours on Saturdays. Technicians must be comfortable working from heights and starting shifts as early as 4 AM during the summer.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $51.91 - $51.91/hr.
