Essential Job Functions:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with products or services.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of products to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to secure new business.
Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize sales opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of leads through the sales process.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies and address client needs effectively.
Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and deals closed, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

2+ years B2B sales experience
Proficient in the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing deals
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Enthusiastic and passionate
