We have an opportunity for an **CNS/ATM Systems Bid Specialist** (Sr Estimator) to join us at Honeywell, in Warsaw. CNS/ATM specialist is responsible for preparation of Solutions, Proposals for Airside and ATC Systems as per Airport business bidding guidelines and procedures. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. Overall planning & delivery responsibility with quality, high accuracy and on time proposal submission are essential.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

**Key responsibilities**
+ Responsible for managing the Bid preparation, Solution development, Proposal development for Airside/ATC Systems
+ Lead the bid preparation for Airport Solutions, ATM Systems which includes Honeywell Portfolio and Partner solutions such as Integrated Tower Working Positions (ITWP), Integrated Engineering Working Positions, A-CDM System, Airside Performance solutions, ATM Integration platform, Multi sensor Data fusion, system for surveillance services, Airport SafetyNet, Routing & Guidance Services, Turn Around Management Solutions etc
+ Responsible for preparing end to end solution development and estimation
+ Responsible for carefully analyzing the customer requirements and establish the mapping of customer requirements to the Product features and roadmap, in order to: i) define the MVC (Minimum Viable Configuration) that will be sufficient for the Product service to go-Live for a particular customer, ii) and to identify potential adaptors that will be required to integrate the Product in the customer environment
+ Ensure all components/service necessary for turnkey job (equipment’s, support systems, installation, cablings, networking, earthing etc) are considered.
+ Prepare System Architecture diagrams, component descriptions, solution description documents.
+ Coordinate with Third party solution vendors, discuss interfacing methodologies and ensure compatibilities
+ Perform Price and Technical comparison/evaluation using market knowledge, experience for accurate estimates and proper choosing of solutions.
+ Carefully analyze and prepare Technical Compliance matrix.
+ Responsible for the accuracy and quality of the submittals in terms of proper contents and solution articulations.
+ Review and ensure the Estimates & Proposals are Technically compliant with the requirements and respective international regulations.
+ Ensure timely delivery of the solution & estimates within the deadlines.
+ Prepare responses for Customer/Engineer clarifications and support the sales team in pre-sales support activities.
+ Manage preparation of Technical documents and Pre-Qualification Documentation Submittals
+ Support, coordinate with team members constructively to achieve organizational goals.
+ Manage customer discussions and presentations, influence potential customers by effectively convincing them how the proposed solution can address their business needs, operational concepts and priorities.
+ Promote Honeywell advanced concepts and solutions, design and implement cost-effective solution demonstrations in relation with those concepts together with customers/partners and with the support of the team
**Key skills and qualifications**
+ Engineering graduate/diploma in Electrical/Electronic / Computer Science Engineering
+ Experience: Minimum 10 years with Strong Software & Systems Engineering background and working in the Airport ATC domain and understanding of Airfield / ATC Tower operations
+ Solid track record and solution design experience in Airside solutions is must, especially Software Engineering, Safety Engineering, Cyber Security, Cloud etc
+ Knowledge of ICAO, FAA, EUROCONTROL, EUROCAE standards /regulations is a must
+ Strong presentation and communication skills to manage Customers, consultants and multi levels of internal stakeholders.
+ Very good proposal writing skills
