Labcorp is recruiting a Senior IT Service Technician for a dynamic team in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. This will be an office based position.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provides technical support for the implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of systems).

+ This role requires you to support client computing devices, servers, and printers.

+ Install and configure wireless networking equipment.

+ Create, analyze, report, convert or transfer data using specialized application software programs.

+ Perform duties specific to inventory, evaluate new and existing information system products, and may serve as technical and information liaison between IT, Operations, vendors, and end-users.

+ Work schedule will be 8am - 5pm MST

+ Travel required(10%) within Arizona and Southern Nevada to PSC’s(Patient Service Centers).

**Requirements:**

+ Associates degree, Bachelor's preferred

+ 5+yrs related IT support experience

+ A+ certification preferred
