As a **_Lead Manufacturing Technician_** here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex mechanical and electrical components. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production processes, ensuring that our products meet the rigorous standards expected by our customers. Your expertise will help to identify and implement improvements that will enhance productivity and reduce costs, contributing to the overall success of the company.
This position will support **2nd** or **3rd Shift**
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assemble and test aerospace components and systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
+ Monitor team performance against these objectives and provide ongoing feedback and support.
+ Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes and procedures to meet production goals and quality standards.
+ Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management, conveying team achievements and challenges
+ Assess issues within the team and initiate improvements in processes or workflows.
+ Make informed decisions quickly to address challenges faced by the team.
+ Identify and address any resource gaps that could hinder performance.
**Qualifications**
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 4+ years of experience in electronic assembly
+ Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards.
+ Strong organizational skills

+ Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
+ Experience with documentation and compliance related to aerospace industry standards.
