As an **Account Manager II** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. Your expertise in account management and solution sales will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations, particularly in retrofit projects.
You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Taipei location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company significantly. By managing key accounts and driving solution sales, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
+ Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, focusing on retrofit projects.
+ Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
+ Strong knowledge of solution sales and experience with retrofit projects.
+ Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**WE VALUE**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
+ Desired experience in building automation or related industries.
+ Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
