**Join Us and Make an Impact**
We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Honeywell Darwin NT team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your focus will be to provide a service of excellence across multiple customer sites, leading the service team. The Operations Supervisor manages the day-to-day operation of the service business, with a focus on EACS, CCTV, Alarm Systems and BMS HVAC, in a way that achieves excellent customer satisfaction.
+ Facilitate service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment.
+ Leading the service team to deliver contractual outcomes.
+ Oversee Small to Medium project installations including managing Subcontractors.
+ Scheduling and co-ordination of service team and Subcontractors attendance.
+ Ensure Service Delivery Standards.
+ Business financial control according to previously agreed budgets and plans.
+ Having a positive drive towards HSE.
+ Strong leadership.
+ High level of coordination experience.
+ Financial experience.
+ Commitment to customer satisfaction.
+ Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements.
+ Good communication - both verbal and written
+ Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision.
+ An ability to work under pressure.
+ A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment.
+ Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
+ Ability to obtain NV1
+ Valid driver’s license
