Program Controls Specialist I German Speaker

+ Maintain project cost and schedule tools used by Business Analysts (BAs) to accurately measure, forecast, and track project-related work and ensure timely delivery of products, including resource planning.

+ Ensure the accuracy of earned value data on assigned projects to support effective project tracking and performance measurement.

+ Work closely with project management, contract management, engineering, and construction teams to define detailed measurement and scheduling criteria.

+ Ensure adherence to project control procedures and standards across projects.

+ Collaborate with Project Managers to produce accurate cost estimates for change orders and maintain associated logs within the PPM (Cora System, SAP).

+ Coordinate with Business Management (Program Managers, Directors, Finance) to report project and program forecasts.

+ Manage receivables and payables balances for allocated projects.

+ Participate in project risk review sessions to identify and mitigate potential issues.

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management preferred.

+ 2 to 4 years of relevant project management/controls experience across disciplines such as engineering, software development, construction, and procurement.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office with skills in Excel;

+ Hands-on experience with enterprise-wide cost accounting systems, preferably SAP; knowledge of cost estimating and controlling

+ Basic understanding of scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera; knowledge of contracts, finance, and cash flow processes.

+ Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; proactive, resourceful, and able to multi-task effectively.

+ German language
