**The Purpose of the Role**

The position is a resident position based in Kuwait. This position will involve direct customer account management of customers primarily in Kuwait and/or other countries in the MENA region based on business needs.

As a **Service Manager** here at Honeywell, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to the customer support management function, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. Your role will involve developing and implementing customer support strategies, driving operational excellence, and optimizing resource allocation. By effectively managing customer support operations, you will contribute to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing our reputation as a customer-centric organization.

**Responsibilities:**

· Manage UOP service relationships with regional customers.

· Build strong relationships with customer personnel at various organizational levels.

· Identify applications of UOP products and services to support these goals.

· Collaborate and Support to drive service and digital offerings to meet service financial targets.

· Oversee customer service interactions and ensure agreements are in place.

· Conduct regular site visits for discussions on operations and UOP technology transfer.

· Manage troubleshooting for customers with UOP’s Technical Service Department to ensure satisfaction.

· Support new unit start-ups and catalyst reload activities, coordinating work scope and schedules.

· Collaborate with UOP sales counterparts to share insights and develop strategies for winning future business.

· Draft and finalize service agreements with customers and legal teams.

· Prepare reports on meetings and customer account activities, maintaining SFDC.

**We Value:**

**Qualifications**

· Bachelor's degree in business, Science or Chemical engineering (preferred)

· At least 15+ years of significant experience in Refining and/or Petrochemicals and/or Gas Industries Experience within a technical role, with some exposure to direct sales. Candidates with strong exposure to Hydroprocessing and Reforming technologies would be preferred.

· Strong leadership skills and service account management capabilities. Ability to manage and influence others with a demonstrated capability to collaborate with people and organizations while driving results.

· Able to collaborate with cross business-units to prioritize actions and resources.

· Provide timely and concise information to others and using clear and thoughtful oral and written communications to influence, negotiate and collaborate effectively.
