As a Lead Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include managing and leading a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets

+ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet requirements

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support

+ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role

+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

+ Strong leadership and team management skills

+ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
