The Lead Customer Experience Specialist will oversee México Honeywell Process Solutions Sales and Operations teams with Private Customers and PEMEX , communicating clearly with all the involved people, coordinating internal and administrative activities including processes to ensure the right support to customers, support the sales and operations teams with the logistics of different sales events, set deadlines, assign duties, and monitor and summarize the expected results, ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. She/He will be a key support for Sales and Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction during the entire Order to cash process. This is an entry level position intended to pivot into HPS positions as Account Managers, Project Manager or P&E.
Responsibilities:
+ PEMEX Achilles Certificate Renewal process and Audit Coordination with different areas as Compliance, HR, Operations, Sales, HSE and Corporate Departments, including the big paperwork load and activities.
+ PEMEX and CFE processing, tracking and cancelation bonds for Bids and Contracts.
+ PEMEX and CFE Public Bids Paperwork Preparation as Letters, Due Diligence, Legal Documentation Required, Bonds Processing, and Proposals Integrations in the official form requested by the Government Entity.
+ Act as the 1 st contact to receive official communications and cascade to the right persons to execute or tracking the next steps in those communications from PEMEX, CFE and different Mexican Government Entities
+ Conduct effective planning, flawless execution, and successful completion of duties, delivering on time and within the prescribed budget.
+ Support to the Sales and Operation team with all Pemex Paperwork and duties related to Bids or Projects on going
+ Manage third parties/vendors to assure adequate coordination between areas, and to manage their work product and services such as giveaways, food and services for different events in Samara Office, Shows Requisitions, etc.
+ Act as a capable leader and a positive representative in dealing with the client and in directing and expediting the work.
+ Ensure expected results, specifically: excellence in quality of work performed, client communication and satisfaction, efficient staff utilization, client satisfaction for ongoing client referrals, as well as excellence of office reputation.
+ Manage effectively the communication and relationship with the Customer and internal/external stakeholders.
+ Report and escalate to management as needed.
+ Review databases, using Pivot Tables to obtain requested information
+ Synthesize and present structured data in executive PPT presentations
+ Learn and use Sales Force to obtain reports from the Sales CRM
+ Prepare executive presentations of customer profiles, considering their segment, decision-makers, requirements, investments over time, and summarize relevant points from Annual Reports
+ Participate in weekly Sales and Operations team meetings

Requirements:
+ Engineering (Chemical, Robotics, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic), Marketing or similar.
+ No Previous Experience required – Recent Graduate
