We have an opportunity for an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join us at Honeywell, serving clients across the M4 Corridor, where you will be responsible for supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems, provide technical support for existing systems, diagnosing issues that may arise during operation and ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.

**Key responsibilities**
+ Provide technical expertise and support for gas detection systems to our candidates.
+ Completing scheduled and unscheduled field service maintenance duties for our customers
+ Conduct installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gas detection equipment.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs.
**Key skills and qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree within Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or electrical qualifications such as NVQ level 3, City and Guilds or HND/HNC qualifications within electrical engineering/electrical installation and maintenance
+ Experience in field service engineering working with customers directly
+ Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
+ Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
+ Technical knowledge and expertise in Gas Detection preferred but not necessary
