**Responsibilities**
Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Respiratory Supervisor** to lead and oversee our Respiratory Therapy team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality respiratory care to our patients, managing staff, and maintaining departmental efficiency.
+ Supervise and mentor a team of Respiratory Therapists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
+ Oversee the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established policies and procedures.
+ Develop and implement respiratory care protocols and procedures following best practices and regulatory guidelines.
+ Monitor and evaluate the quality of respiratory care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
+ Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all patient care areas.
+ Perform respiratory therapy duties as needed, including administering medications, managing ventilators, and providing airway management.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
+ Minimum of five (5) years of clinical acute care experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
+ License as a Respiratory Therapist.
+ AHA BLS required
+ AHA ACLS required
+ AHA PALS required
+ Fire Card required. (must obtain within 90 days of start date)

**Pay Range**
$47.93 - $69.50 /hour
