As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will bridge the gap between cybersecurity best practices and industrial operations, ensuring robust risk mitigation, compliance, and business resilience.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Engagement**
+ Engage C-suite stakeholders, security officers, OT/IT managers, and plant operations leads to understanding business challenges and position relevant cybersecurity solutions.
+ Adopt a consultative selling approach, conduct risk assessments, and develop value-driven proposals tailored to each customer’s OT environment.
+ Support complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long decision timelines, including RFP responses and presentations.
**Solution Development & Presentation**
+ Collaborate with technical and product teams to design and present cybersecurity architectures integrating with OT/ICS/SCADA systems.
+ Lead product demonstrations and workshops to articulate the value of solutions including operational resilience, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance.
+ Support delivery teams during implementation to ensure continuity of vision from presales through to deployment.
**Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership**
+ Stay informed on evolving OT threat landscapes, cyberattack vectors, and relevant frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, IEC/ISA 62443, CIS Controls).
+ Maintain deep awareness of industry-specific challenges and regulations (e.g., NERC CIP, GDPR, EU NIS Directive, FERC).
+ Advise clients on Cyber SOC strategies.
**Internal Collaboration & Market Intelligence**
+ Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on market needs and client feedback.
+ Support development of marketing thought leadership, and solution positioning strategies.
+ Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies in industrial cybersecurity.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
**Technical and Industry Expertise**
+ 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise consulting, particularly in cybersecurity, OT infrastructure.
+ Deep knowledge of Operational Technology (OT), ICS/SCADA environments, industrial networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.
+ Strong understanding of frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and sector-specific regulations (e.g., NERC CIP, FERC).
+ Preferred certifications: **CISSP, CISM, or equivalent** .
**Consulting Skills**
+ Proven success in managing large enterprise accounts and closing high-value deals in long sales cycles.
+ Ability to communicate complex cybersecurity and OT concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Experience in consultative sales, solution selling, and strategic advisory in critical infrastructure domains.
**Business Acumen & Leadership**
+ Strong business case development, risk impact analysis, and ROI justification skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level decision-making.
+ Strategic mindset with a passion for client success and long-term partnership building.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ BS, MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
+ An MBA in General Management, Operations.
+ The ability to understand customer’s needs, market segments, data trends, and translate them into ideas for growing the Cyber business.
