We are currently seeking a **Materials Planner Coordinator** to join our team in our **_Chonburi, Thailand_** office.
"In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.”
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Material Planning:**
+ Analyze demand forecasts and plan material requirements accordingly to meet production schedules.
+ Monitor inventory levels and establish reorder points to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory.
**Supplier Coordination:**
+ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
+ Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
**Production Support:**
+ Collaborate with the operation team and adjust material plans as necessary.
+ Provide updated material planning information to support production scheduling.
**Data Analysis & Reporting:**
+ Utilize data analysis to control inventory, material usage, and supplier performance.
+ Generate regular reports on inventory status, material requirements, and any issues affecting supply chain efficiency.
**Continuous Improvement:**
+ Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency in planning and procurement operations.
+ Implement best practices for materials management including just-in-time (JIT) inventory practices.
**Compliance and Standards:**
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in materials planning
**MUST HAVE:**
+ Minimum of 2 years experience in materials planning
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
+ Proficiency in SAP, ERP, MRP, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
+ Experience in data analysis and reporting to assess inventory status and material usage.

+ **** Proven capability in managing inventory levels, including reorder points and safety stock.
+ Experience in navigating supply chain disruptions and implementing effective solutions.
+ Experience working with production, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to align on material availability.
