As a **Machine Operator Level 2** here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and effectively to meet production goals. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing production workflows.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Jincheon, South Korea location on a On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that we meet customer demands while adhering to safety and quality standards.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.

+ Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing environments.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

+ Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control processes.

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

+ Experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly in a machine operation role.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
