As the **Chief Commercial Officer for Industrial Automation (IA), Asia Pacific** at Honeywell, you'll be at the helm of a multifaceted role combining the responsibilities of a Chief Strategy Officer, Business Development, and Commercial Operations. This dynamic leadership position demands a strong external persona and a deep customer focus to strategize, execute, and drive growth, expansion, and innovation within the Asia Pacific markets across 10 countries. From formulating strategic directions to ensuring commercial excellence and fostering innovation, you'll play a pivotal role in steering Honeywell IA growth trajectory in Asia Pacific. Asia Pacific consists of Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan, Australia and New Zealand
**Primary Responsibilities:**
**Strategic Leadership** **:**
+ Define and evolve the strategic direction for Industrial Automation in Asia Pacific aligning to Annual Operation Plan (AOP) & Strategic Plan (STRAP), both individually and collectively with regional IA Business and Sales leaders.
+ Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align strategic initiatives, prioritize growth areas, and spearhead expansion into new markets.
+ Stay abreast of disruptive technologies and emerging trends, integrating innovation seamlessly into strategic plans.
**Commercial Excellence:**
+ Support driving excellence in strategic key account management and growth, fostering a ONE IA & One-Honeywell approach across business teams.
+ Drive performance and development of all regional commercial operations, including channel excellence, marketing, and pricing strategies, with a focus on achieving revenue and profit targets.
+ Cultivate and nurture high-performing commercial and business development teams through recruitment, training, and continuous development efforts.
+ Run the MOS and CCO process for the region
+ Lead channel excellence/ management
+ Define and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate sales performance, demand generation, and marketing ROI effectively.
+ Interaction and coordination with all IA businesses across Asia Pacific
**Offering Excellence & Innovation:**
+ Support the development and deployment of compelling IA value propositions, offering roadmaps, and connected solutions tailored to key customers and markets.
+ Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful new product introductions and optimize product lifecycle management.
**Demand Generation** **& Marketing:**
+ Drive strategic demand generation initiatives, develop robust ROI models for marketing investments, and facilitate sustained pipeline growth.
+ Oversee regional customer marketing efforts and implement effective go-to-market plans to maximize market penetration.
**EDUCATION**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
+ 15+ years of regional experience in a combination of Sales & Marketing, Channel Partner Management, Key Account Management, and Business Development.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
+ Strong background in B2B environments, including software, technology, energy/sustainability, Mining, metals, Life Science, manufacturing industries. Candidate should have experience in working across most of the Asia Pacific countries
+ Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and successful product introductions.
+ Prior experience in consulting, corporate strategy, and in-house corporate development roles.
+ MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
