Lead Program Administrator

The fulfillment of this role is essential due to the project volume and complexity. The lead program administrator shall handle and be responsible for:

+ Project coordination for multiple clients and related vendors.

+ Customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.

+ Coordination with Factory and Other Stake Holders for readiness of Control System for FAT at Shope floor.

+ Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

+ Efficient execution of new projects to achieve targeted business numbers.

+ Closure of legacy projects to maintain revenue flow and avoid penalties. Stakeholder management, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

+ Operational excellence, compliance, and safety management to reduce risks.

**Core Activities**

+ Work with Project manager closely to understand project requirement and support project execution from inception till closure.

+ Reporting daily progress to Project Manager and taking proactive actions.

+ Proactively identifying potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.

+ Co-ordinate with the internal cross functional team like Factory, Procurements, Logistics, Stores and other relevant functions to keep day to day operations going on.

+ **Project Planning, Scheduling and Execution:** Support Project Managers to Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

+ **Stakeholder Coordination:** Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment with project goals and deliverables.

+ **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks and develop a mitigation plan to ensure project success.

+ **Quality Assurance:** Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of project delivery.

+ **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project related documentation.

+ **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress to anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise.

+ **Compliance:** Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. CORA, GPMO, SAP etc. to be followed and maintained. Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

**Experience & Qualification**

+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree/ or BBA, Project co-ordination experience in Industrial Automation DCS/ PLC/ SCADA projects, or a related field. CAPM certification is an added advantage.

+ **Experience:** Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in industrial automation and project management.

+ **Skills:**

+ Strong understanding of commercial T&C.

+ Strong understanding of industrial automation systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA & Cyber Security Products) and technologies.

+ Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

+ Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

+ Proficient in MS office software (e.g. MS Excel, Power Points, Word etc.)

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

+ Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to power plant operations and automation.
