The **Sr** **Project Manager** will be responsible to manage the key client projects of México Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). Project Management responsibilities include managing the baseline of the projects, communicating clearly with all the involved people, coordinating the people and processes to ensure the projects will be delivered on time and within budget, and ensuring successful execution. Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

+ Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.

+ Manage all the communication with the internal and external stakeholders.

+ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the **flawless execution** of the projects and ensure resource allocation.

+ Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to track progress.

+ Monitor progress and adjust as needed.

+ Use appropriate procedures to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

+ Measure project performances to identify areas for improvement.

+ Report and escalate to management as needed.

+ Manage the relationship with the Customer and all stakeholders.

+ Manage the multi-year contract as a project program.

+ Perform risk management to mitigate project risks and minimize uncertainty.

+ Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

+ Implement the applicable QMS procedures and HSE policies required for delivering high-quality projects in a safe manner.

+ Apply GPM processes as intended for executing the project and create and maintain the required deliverables.

**Co-responsibilities** **:**

+ Participate and approve the new project´s proposals.

+ Provide support to the Sales Team´s activities working as One Team.

+ Contribute to finding new business opportunities with the Sales Team.

+ Support the HSE Team to reach the project requirements in this discipline.

+ Support to the Honeywell cross-functional Teams to complete in a timely manner their activities.

**YOU MUST HAVE:**

+ Experience: **8-12 years of relevant experience managing Industrial Automation projects, mainly in Oil & Gas for PEMEX Exploration and Production (PEP).**

+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

+ PMP certification is a plus.

+ Language Skills: **English, Full professional proficiency**

+ Location: **Villa Hermosa or Paraíso, Tabasco**

+ Travel: Expected time applied to business trips: 50% of the time.
