**SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) SME**
TG Federal is seeking a SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) SME to support a large Federal (DoD) contract. We are looking for a skilled professional with deep expertise in SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) configuration and a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end P2P process.
**Program Overview:** The ERP+ project is focused on upgrading the clients ERP system from SAP ECC to the modern SAP S4 HANA. This technical upgrade aims to streamline processes through business process re-engineering and adopting a fit-to-standard approach for system configuration. Key objectives include designing requirements for end-to-end processes, creating a technical solution, and establishing data and change management strategies. The project’s ultimate goal is to optimize client operations while minimizing customization of the new system.
**Clearance:** Active DoD Secret Required
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States college or university in a field of study relevant to his/her professional role.
+ Nine (9) years of progressive, relevant experience.
**Key Responsibilities/Qualification Summary**
+ Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Expertise
+ In-depth knowledge of the full P2P lifecycle, including requisitioning, purchasing, goods receipt, invoicing, and payment processing.
+ Hands-on experience with procurement operations and methods, with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
+ Familiarity with client ERP or military command environments is highly valued.
+ Understanding of procurement compliance policies, especially those related to federal or defense contracting, is preferred.
+ Skilled in creating and maintaining user documentation to support production operations and training.
+ Business Process Analysis & Optimization
+ Demonstrated ability to assess, map, and improve current-state procurement workflows.
+ Experienced in eliciting business requirements and converting them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
+ Competent in crafting user stories and designing enhanced P2P processes that align with strategic objectives.
+ ERP Systems Proficiency
+ Advanced user and configurator of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
+ Experience customizing P2P modules to support unique organizational or mission-specific requirements.
+ SAP Ecosystem (ECC, S/4HANA)
+ Deep integration experience with related SAP modules to include Financial Accounting (FI), Funds Management (FM), and especially Materials Management (MM).
+ Familiarity with both ECC and HANA platforms, including transitioning or coexisting in hybrid environments. **Additional Requirements:**
+ Experience supporting Federal Government projects
+ Previous ECC to S/4 HANA lifecycle implementation experience (minimum two preferred)
+ Prior DoD and client ERP Experience
+ Experience with planning and executing via the SAFE Agile framework in similar size/complexity projects
+ Deep P2P configuration skills, strong understanding of the end-to-end process, strong in Vendor Pay AP, understands the PR to PO to GR/SES integration with vendor pay
+ Strong communication (verbal and written) skills to work in a dynamic environment
+ Consultative approach to problem solving
+ Operationally efficient **Working Conditions:**
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Occasional travel to the Washington DC area may be required.
+ Must be available for after-hours or emergency support as needed.
