**Job Title: Control Panel Technician**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Technician to install and test control panels, as well as manage the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems for large commercial or industrial projects. You will perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems and ensure that all electrical work is completed according to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install and test control panels.

+ Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in large commercial or industrial projects.

+ Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems, resolving issues in a timely manner.

+ Ensure electrical work is completed according to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.

+ Coordinate with leadership, engineers, and other trades to ensure electrical work aligns with overall goals.

+ Oversee and maintain inventory of electrical materials and tools, ensuring proper stock levels and availability.

+ Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for electrical work to minimize risk.

+ Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions for efficiency gains.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience with electrical systems, bending conduit, low and high voltage operations.

+ Proficiency with controls and terminations.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

+ Completion of NFPA 70E Safety training (if not completed, training will be provided).

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electrical systems is preferred.

+ 3+ years of experience in electrical installation and repair.

+ Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.

**Work Environment**

The work environment includes a modern facility where you must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as required, and climb portable ladders. Use of Personal Protection Equipment is mandatory. Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are necessary.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Arizona.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
