**Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

The Resident Care Clerk is a member of the resident care team who is accountable for reception and support in Resident Care. The Resident Care Clerk is accountable for the day to day clerical duties in Resident Care. The Resident Care Clerk may also assist in resident care or other departmental duties as indicated in the unit specific structure standards.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Two years clerical experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ BLS from the American Heart Association.

+ Ability to use required office/business machines.

+ Working knowledge of software, computer literate.

+ Knowledge of general office procedures. Excellent phone etiquette.

+ Ability to organize and prioritize appropriately.

+ Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

+ Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships.

+ Ability to understand and work with the population of Mercy McMahon Terrace.

**Pay Range**

$23.77 - $26.90 /hour
