**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Project Manager for our COO/CAO Change Delivery group.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management
+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement
+ Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment
+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts
+ Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience working in a fast-paced matrixed environment in Financial Services industry.
+ Familiarity with Agile concepts and experience with Agile practice
+ Ability to manage large scale products/programs in a complex environment across multiple lines of business.
+ Experience with Portfolio Reviews.
+ Experience and knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
+ Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to articulate a complex problem, initiate action, make difficult decisions and generate creative solutions.
+ Exceptional facilitation skills to lead discussion that result in consensus and buy-in
+ Experience leading highly complex Programs with possibility of leading other project managers.
+ Experience working with business stakeholders to create/modify operational policies, procedures, and/or operating models.
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to identify, document, track and lead stakeholders through assessment and/or remediation of multiple risks, issues, and impediments simultaneously.
+ Exceptional consulting skills and experience.
+ Change management experience.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to include executive presence.
+ Experience working with ambiguity, changing priorities and deadlines.
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
+ Hybrid work model - 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
