In this position you will:
• Perform manual labor in the construction, maintenance, and repair of public infrastructure in town rights-of-way, to include maintenance and repair of streets, shoulders, culverts and ditches.

• Inspect, maintain, repair or construct streets, alleyways, easements, rights-of-way, sidewalk, waterways, ditches, culverts, and other stormwater facilities throughout the system.

• Set line and grade for stormwater construction.

• Perform routine to semi-skilled maintenance and repairs on public rights-of-ways and residential driveways for protection of streets, including culvert and ditch maintenance and street sweeping maintenance.

• Operate heavy equipment including 6 and 10-wheel dump trucks, front-end loader, backhoe, grader, bucket truck, high lift and mowers.

• Ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner; adhere to all Town safety regulations; ensure all regulations pertaining to the safe use of equipment are understood and followed.
