Lead Sales Representative

As a Lead Sales Representative (AERO) here at Honeywell, you will join a team recognized for leadership, innovation, and diversity. You will report directly to our Airlines Aftermarket Sales Director, and you’ll work out of our Tokyo, Japan location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact profitable sales growth at assigned Air Transport accounts in Japan, ensuring that financial metrics are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Achieve annual financial metrics, including revenue and margin, for assigned accounts.

+ Manage both internal and external elements of the Airlines Customer Management Operating System (MOS) to meet all financial and customer satisfaction goals for the account portfolio. Collaborate closely with the Customer Business Director, Customer Support Managers, credit analysts, and the field service team (Customer Core Team) to pursue goals and objectives.

+ Cultivate business commercial relationships, ensuring growth targets are met and maintaining a robust pursuit pipeline.

+ Drive solution sales for Spares, Aftermarket maintenance programs, Retrofit, Modification & Upgrades (RMUs), and APU and Avionics Selections as assigned.

+ Utilize SFDC and data analytics to focus on driving growth at assigned accounts.

+ Manage pipelines and purchase order firming for both spares and repairs orders through SIOP and the Current Year Order Firming process.

+ Support the development of 3-year STRAP, AOP, and strategic account solution sales.

+ Sell directly to the end customer while collaborating with the customer core team led by the Customer Business Director.

+ Build relationships with pursuit sponsors across the customer organization, including influencers and decision-makers in flight operations, procurement, engineering, and aircraft selection teams at the airlines.

+ Collaborate with the Sales Excellence and pricing team for all SFDC-related inputs, deal approvals, and sales training.

+ Work closely with Gold Business Enterprises and Offering Management functions to develop and deliver compelling customer value propositions.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Bachelor’s Degree (or industry equivalent qualification).

+ 10+ years of sales experience in the aviation or related industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
