OR HS/GED DegreeExperience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint, Adobe AcrobatDuties:The primary purpose of this position is to provide bi-annual and incidental road maintenance on unpaved roads at Saguaro National Park and Coronado National Memorial utilizing specialized heavy equipment including but not limited to road graders, skip loaders, skid steers, and dump trucks.Operates gasoline or diesel-powered engineering and construction equipment with wheeled or crawler type traction, such as road graders, tractors, excavators, backhoes, and dump trucks.80%Provides guidance and training to NPS employees on safe operation of gasoline or diesel-powered engineering and construction equipment.20%Other:Overnight travel: Bi-annual travel not longer than 5-days (each occurrence) to Saguaro National Park will be required.Health and Safety Considerations: Incumbent is required to wear all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) associated with the job.
