Position Summary
We are seeking a Workforce & Client Integration Manager to support the growth and day-to-day functioning of our Phoenix-based team and clinical center. This role serves as a critical link between incoming families, clinical staff, and leadership—overseeing people operations, managing office systems, and ensuring a smooth intake and onboarding experience for both clients and employees.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting and enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on operations.

Key Responsibilities
Client Intake & Family Interface
Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for new and prospective client families.
Guide families through the intake process, including service eligibility, paperwork, and orientation.
Coordinate with clinical leadership to assign staff and launch new client services.
Office & Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day office functions including facilities, supply management, scheduling systems, and emergency preparedness protocol.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and systems for staff credentialing, background checks, and compliance audits.
Human Resources & Employee Lifecycle
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including benefits enrollment, payroll setup, retirement and systems access.
Administer COBRA notices, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Maintain accurate Human Resource records, certifications, and professional development tracking.
Coordinate annual required training (e.g., HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, CPR/BLS, Safety).
Culture & Team Engagement
Support staff recognition, communication, and internal events.
Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, or leave.

Required Qualifications
3+ years experience in operations, office management, or HR in a healthcare or education setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience managing benefits, COBRA, and credentialing.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and adept at learning new software programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ABA therapy, healthcare, behavioral health, or child-centric environments.
Familiarity with Arizona health regulations, employee certification management, and insurance credentialing requirements.
SHRM Certification is a plus.

Work Environment & Schedule
This is an in-person role based at our Camelback Rd office (Biltmore location) in Phoenix.
Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional flexibility for events or urgent needs.
This role may occasionally require lifting boxes, organizing physical files, or walking clients through the building.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $65,000–$75,000, depending on experience.
