Job Title: Facility Engineering TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Engineering Technician to join our team. This role involves installing and maintaining semiconductor equipment within cleanrooms and wastewater management areas. Responsibilities include working with chillers, compressors, performing daily spot checks, managing clean room filters, laser rooms, and air guns. The position also involves handling processed chemicals, performing reactive maintenance when equipment fails, and working in diverse climates and small spaces.
Responsibilities
+ Refine existing production PMs and assist in developing additional PMs.
+ Handle waste management and service the wastewater treatment system within manufacturing.
+ Align with TrueChem chemical titration process.
+ Receive extensive hands-on training from Facilities and Equipment engineers.
+ Work closely with the engineering team and report to the General Equipment Engineer.
+ Maintain the PM Module.
+ Perform installation tasks related to new projects.
+ Assist in developing troubleshooting checklists and responding to trouble tickets.
+ Perform equipment and building repairs under supervision, eventually assuming full ownership of tasks.
+ Take 6S ownership of the Maintenance shop, Compressor room, Electrical Room, and WWIX Plant.
+ Manage chemical benches and waste handling.
+ Manage wastewater treatment system PMs.

+ 1+ year of experience in basic electrical testing and troubleshooting.
Work Environment
Training will be conducted from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, for approximately six months. The back-end shift consists of working every other Wednesday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a rotation of 36 hours one week and 48 hours the following week, including 8 hours of overtime. Safety and reliability are paramount, requiring excellent attendance and safety records. The role involves lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing ladders, crawling in small spaces, and wearing personal protective equipment such as protective eyewear and steel-toe shoes. Respirator certification is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
