Job Title: Survey I-Man / Jr. Party Chief

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Survey I-Man or Jr. Party Chief with 2-6 years of experience to join our team and work alongside a Experienced Party Chief in the East Valley of Phoenix. This position is ideal for individuals with construction staking experience, focusing on land development projects in the Southwest. Our team is composed of civil engineers, hydrologists, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors, all committed to delivering outstanding service on various projects, including master-planned communities, urban infill development, high-end retail, hospitality and resort development, and public parks.

Responsibilities

+ Perform fieldwork and oversee the work of crew members for technical survey services.

+ Conduct construction staking for land development projects.

+ Manage boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys.

Essential Skills

+ 5-10 years of experience in technical survey services.

+ Proficiency in land surveying, topography, and GPS systems.

+ Experience with boundary survey software and construction stakeout.

+ Knowledge in using tools such as total station, Trimble GPS, and Topcon.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD.

+ Experience in land survey projects in Arizona.

+ Strong communication skills.

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
