**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

The Machine Operator position plays a crucial role in the production and packaging of cream cheese products. This role involves setting up and cleaning equipment, operating production line machinery, and ensuring the efficient and quality packaging of products.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate production line equipment including packers, positive pumps, processors, and labelers.

+ Set up labelers, install heat seals on products, and assemble positive pumps.

+ Inspect products and load cups into boxers, which requires twisting of the wrist and gripping.

+ Assist with packaging products into boxes for shipping.

+ Provide support to other departments to complete the product at any stage of the production line.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in machine operation and general production tasks.

+ Ability to interpret blueprints.

+ Experience with forklift operations.

+ Mechanical aptitude.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Efficiency and quality in packaging operations including meeting specifications for cup weight, counts, yield, and product codes.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Capability to frequently load cups into boxers, involving wrist twisting and gripping.

**Work Environment**

Work in an 80,000 square foot warehouse that operates 24/7. Enjoy a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, from 6:00am to 6:00pm, or 6:00pm to 6:00am with a pattern of 2 on 3 off & 3 on 2 off.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casa Grande, Arizona.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
