**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting with facility maintenance projects and tasks. You will respond to work orders across all buildings, performing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with facility maintenance-related projects and tasks.
+ Respond to work orders across all buildings.
+ Perform mechanical work such as painting, patching holes in drywall, hanging pictures, whiteboards, or TVs, changing filters, and assembling furniture.
+ Conduct electrical work including changing outlets, switches, and lights.
+ Address plumbing issues such as fixing a leaking sink or faucet.
+ Identify HVAC issues and alert the appropriate personnel.
+ Manage outside vendors and verify their work.
+ Respond to work orders in a CMMS and log information using an iPad or iPhone.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ year of facility maintenance experience in multifamily, apartments, hotel, industrial, residential, or commercial settings.
+ Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
+ Ability to change light bulbs and basic plumbing skills such as fixing leaks and adjusting toilets.
+ HVAC experience including changing filters.
+ Competence in using computers, iPads, and iPhones to look up work orders.
+ Strong teamwork skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of facility maintenance experience in any environment.
+ Experience overseeing outside contractors or vendors to ensure work is done correctly.
+ Exposure to CMMS and automated building controls.
+ Hardworking attitude and willingness to stay busy.

**Work Environment**
Work across five properties, including manufacturing, office space, and warehouse environments. Be part of a team focused on construction and expansion, as we grow by 200,000 sq ft. Work shifts include a night shift from Monday to Thursday (6PM-4:30AM) and a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday (6AM-2:30PM).
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
