**Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist** to join the Enterprise Security Services team in Mesa, AZ!

This position will be responsible for supporting the Personnel Security function related to SCI efforts across the enterprise.

As a Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist, you will work with both senior and junior staff members to administer and implement US Industrial Security Standards as outlined in the National Industrial Security Program Manual (NISPOM), the DoD Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Administrative Security Manual, Special Access Program (SAP) Security rules and/or other authoritative sources of security regulations. As an individual contributor, you will ensure programmatic security posture is compliant with all applicable regulations.

The dynamic position will require the selected candidate must be a self-starter, possess proficiency in desktop computing and MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while communicating status to leadership

+ Assist with administrative inquiries on SCI personnel, processes and situations

+ Assist SCI personnel with mitigating, documenting, and reporting all derogatory information

+ Ensure Foreign travel and foreign contacts are accurately reported/documented in all internal/external databases. (EPSS & Talon)

+ Process incoming and outgoing visit request

+ Initiate Standard Form (SF) 86 for nominated individuals for SCI access

+ Process, store and track reporting of foreign travel and foreign contacts on SCI briefed personnel

+ Support the processing of personnel security clearances, including gathering and reviewing required documentation for accuracy and completeness

+ Review all reported derogatory information on SCI-indoctrinated personnel.

+ Understand all reporting requirements that pertain to SCI government policy and procedures

+ Contribute to enterprise Process Action Teams (PATs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT)

+ Identifies deficiencies, develop and implement corrective action

+ Complete all tasks and day-to-day responsibilities assigned by the lead and management

**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.**

**Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.**

**This position requires the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Eligibility and is mandatory for this position.**

**This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)**

**This position requires a current Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U.S. Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.**

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**

+ More than 3 years of related work experience

+ 1+ year of industrial security experience

+ 1+ year of experience working within one of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**

+ Experience within the Intelligence Community security directives

+ Experience working in processing or supporting CSSO or CPSO special program access paperwork (i.e. PAR, PSQ, SF-86 or etc.

+ Experience in SCI, SAP, DoD, NISP

+ Familiar with Reporting Requirements (DoD, SAP, SCI)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: USD 65,000 – 115,000
