Key Responsibilities
Document Preparation & Review: Prepare and review real estate documents, including disclosures.

Transaction Coordination: Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and inspectors to ensure smooth transactions.

Deadline Management: Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely task completion.

Client Communication: Respond to emails and phone calls from buyers, sellers, and prospects.

Scheduling: Schedule property showings, appointments, and follow-ups.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Marketing & Outreach: Assist with organizing community outreach events to build brand presence.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized client records and transaction files.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in real estate or administrative roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software applications.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
