Description We are looking for a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Glendale, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, scanning, and managing sensitive documents efficiently and securely. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for clerical tasks and document handling.

Responsibilities:

• Operate scanning equipment to digitize physical documents with accuracy.

• Ensure proper organization and categorization of scanned files.

• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and personal information.

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and other tools for file creation and management.

• Perform routine clerical tasks to support document processing.

• Verify scanned documents for quality and completeness before storage.

• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with data handling policies.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and document scanning software.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Experience in clerical duties, including filing and photocopying.

• Familiarity with scanning equipment and processes.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
