**What You Will Do:**

+ Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Redhat Enterprise Linux environment.

+ Working as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment. Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of a moderate to high scope and complexity to include the integration of hardware and operating systems (OS).

+ Working with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements and provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures and other tasks as assigned.

+ Develop solutions and documentation about a variety of technical problems.

+ Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date.

+ Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, using troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues, including hardware and OS integration, while adapting to evolving challenges as part of a team.

+ 100% Onsite position

**Qualifications You Must Have:**

+ Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

+ Must have Windows or Linux experience systems administration experience.

+ Experience with one of the following: VMWare vCenter, vSphere, and ESXi virtual computing methods.

**Qualifications We Prefer:**

+ Experience with Veritas NetBackup or similar backup technologies.

+ Experience with hardening systems for security compliance (STIG).

+ Experience with VMware Administration .

+ Experience with Networking concepts.

+ Department of Defense Directive (DoD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) and an Operating System Certification. Ability to obtain 3 months.

+ Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF.

+ Experience with data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies and solutions. Specifically Net App.

+ Experience supporting engineers in software, simulations, and hardware development.

+ Experience with PowerShell and scripting.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
