Product Designer Responsibilities:

1. Design digital user interfaces, create graphics, and design new experiences or layouts that evolve and/or define visual systems for web-based applications and technologies with a focus on aesthetics and design.

2. Take broad, conceptual ideas and create design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for supported platforms.

3. Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists to iterate and oversee user experience of a product from conception to launch.

4. Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.

5. Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors.

6. Telecommuting from anywhere in United States is permitted.

7. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

10. 2. Interaction design, including defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs

13. 5. Understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to internal and external users

14. 6. Creating user flow and mockups to articulate design concepts

15. 7. Defining product specifications and user experiences

16. 8. Understanding and interpreting user research and usability testing

17. 9. Conducting end to end design process across multiple projects including interaction and visual design artifacts and high-fidelity prototypes

18. 10. Building and shipping applications or software at company-level scale

19. 11. Leading end to end design process across multiple projects including interaction and visual design artifacts, multiple iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes

20. 12. Developing product goals, identifying opportunities in a global market, and making strategic design decisions based on impact to the company and

21. 13. Partnering with cross-functional partners to drive product strategy with a user-centric approach leveraging design thinking methodologies and best practices.
