Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our IT team at the Phoenix office. This individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining local and global IT infrastructure while providing on-site user support to Phoenix-based employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, has strong troubleshooting skills, and is passionate about delivering reliable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration
- Monitor, maintain, and upgrade local systems, including servers, network devices, and workstations.
- Administer user accounts, security permissions, and access control across various platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VPNs).
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and patch management.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and endpoint protection systems.
- Coordinate with global IT team to align end user support across all global locations.
User Support (Phoenix Office)
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to on-site staff, including hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, authentication, and office equipment (printers, phones, conferencing tools).
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing employees.
- Assist with conference room technology, AV setups, and hybrid meeting tools.
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused IT support and ensure timely ticket resolution.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or a related IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Hands-on experience with IT ticketing systems, remote support tools, and endpoint management platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint) and SaaS applications.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, Azure, etc.) preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a global IT team.
