**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC machines, including Press Brake, laser router, sheer, stamp, and saw, to produce precision parts and components.

+ Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and secure clamping.

+ Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

+ Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

+ Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

+ Document production data and report any deviations or defects.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 3 years experience operating CNC-driven machines.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with the machine, including clearing stoppages and running programs in the user interface.

+ Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing setting.

+ Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $56160.00/yr.
