KeenStack is seeking a full-time Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, prospect outreach, and overall business development. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment — resourceful, proactive, and ready to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation and prospect outreach
Cold calling and relationship building
Qualifying leads and setting appointments Supporting the sales team with new opportunities Communicating effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, social media and more)

Qualifications:

1-3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or lead generation experience
Strong communication skills and a self-starter mentality
Comfortable with cold calling and customer outreach — you must enjoy talking to people on the phone Experience in IT sales, telemarketing, or call center roles is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with ServiceNow or related platforms is a bonus, but not required Outgoing, friendly, and goal-oriented with a "get it done" attitude Reliable, dependable, and committed to long-term growth (we promote from within)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (no AI tools — your communication should reflect your personality and professionalism) A
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
