Enchanting Earth, a social media based crystal jewelry brand, is opening a jewelry store, and we’re searching for two radiant souls to join our team! We started our business at the end of 2019 by sharing our love of crystals on Instagram and it raoidly expanded over into a community of over 250K accross our social platforms.

Our mission is to share empowerment, beauty, and healing through the power of crystals. Every piece of jewelry we design is high-vibrational and intentionally crafted to elevate your energy and manifest your intentions.

As we step into this exciting new chapter, we’re calling in motivated, energetic, and hard-working individuals who feels deeply aligned with our vision.

✨The Position: Retail Sales Associate and Social Media Manager
* Assisting with in-store crystal and jewelry sales
* Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
* Helping manage website listings, product descriptions, and inventory
* Supporting events, photoshoots, and other creative and customer-focused tasks
* Being a positive, present, and empowering face of the brand

✨ What We’re Looking For:
* A love for crystals and luxury jewelry
* Experience in retail, content creation, or social media marketing
* A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
* High-energy, creativity, and a passion for creating beautiful customer experiences
* Someone who thrives in a sacred and intention-driven space
* Must be local to Sedona, AZ or close enough to make the commute — this is not a remote position.
