Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 350 providers and 850 support staff who cover a wide variety of specialties. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate **Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner** with a strong interest in women’s health, cardiovascular disease and leadership to join our team in **Phoenix, Arizona** . You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including but not limited to the following.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care with a special emphasis on women’s heart health and prevention.
+ Perform patient evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and manage follow-up care, ensuring continuity and high-quality outcomes.
+ Collaborate with your supervising physician and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
+ Participate in community outreach, patient education, and cardiovascular research.
+ Order, interpret and analyze diagnostic tests.
+ Prescribe and administer medications and physical therapy as necessary.
+ Participants in quality assurance and quality improvement for patient care.
+ Works within a multidisciplinary team.
+ Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
**Qualifications**
NP Requirements:
+ Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
+ Graduate of accredited program for Nurse Practitioners
+ Compact state or Arizona RN license
+ Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license
+ Must hold and maintain National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations: a.) NP-AACN, b.) NP-AANP, c.) NP-ANCC
+ Valid DEA registration
+ RNFA
+ Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staff

$59.41 - $74.91 /hour
