**Your mission: **

Lead business health within the Blueprint Product Development team supporting the American Express Business Blueprint Line of Credit. In this role, you will support the delivery of business health features and provide program management support by facilitating intake processes, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the successful execution of small enhancements and UX improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in backlog management and prioritization with exceptional problem-solving and collaboration skills. They will have experience managing multiple stakeholder partner teams and working closely with engineering and product strategy to build new features while facilitating clear communications to leadership.

+ Familiarity with Scrum Team management tools such as Jira is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Facilitate the intake process for business health features, ensuring smooth initiation and execution.

+ Triage, groom, and manage the backlog, prioritizing tasks for maximum impact.

+ Lead story writing for small enhancements and UX debt, driving clarity and precision in implementation.

+ Track and manage approval processes to ensure timely feature delivery.

+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain and update the project tracker.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Excellent customer experience intuition, excited to solve ambiguous problems

+ Attention to detail and sense of responsibility to ensure each customer receives a fair and timely lending decision

+ Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills

+ Ability to make actionable recommendations about feature development and prioritization based on an understanding of customer and the impacted user group

+ Proven ability to execute on projects quickly; get things done mentality

+ Personal accountability and the drive to strive for best-in-class experiences.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle

+ Familiarity with Scrum Team management tools such as Jira is a plus.

**Qualifications**

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
