As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled Cabinet Field Service Technician to join our team.

Summary

The primary responsibility of the Cabinet Field Customer Service Technician will be responsible providing excellent customer service regarding warranty repair or installation of products.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend and stoop for 8+ hours. Minor lifting and carrying may be required.

Work Environment

· Work performed at construction jobsites and office.

Skills & Qualifications

· Level I:

o High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

o 1 to 3 years of experience

o Must have valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance as required by State law

o Experience in Cabinet and wood trades.

· Level II:

o All Qualifications in Level I plus:

o 2 to 5 years of experience

o Cabinets: Able to repair and replace Cabinets or components

o Good verbal communication skills for customer contact production

o Good organization skills

· Level III:

o All Qualifications in Level II plus:

o 5 plus years of experience

o Expert in larger replacements and repairs of multiple products and trades

o Mentoring and training capabilities production

Essential Functions

· Level I

o Perform simple repairs and touch-ups following production installation on all trades

o Perform minor installation tasks following/during production process

o Perform simple logistical tasks related to production install

o Other duties as assigned

· Level II

o All Functions included in Level I plus:

o Handles builder and homeowner requests as needed

o Initiates claims and oversees the claims process with vendors

o Inspects and diagnoses product and installation issues

o Schedules employee technician and independent contractor base to execute appointments

o Confirmation of completed appointments

o Other duties as assigned

· Level III

o All Functions included in Level II plus:

o Performs repairs and replacements of 3 or more materials

o Other duties as assigned
