As the Senior Product Manager in the Energy space, you’ll help define the connected services products that include IoT, SaaS and Cloud Analytics to enable service Pros to remotely diagnose home equipment problems, create predictive maintenance plans and provide homeowners piece of mind by knowing that pros are watching over their complex HVAC equipment.
Essential Responsibilities: The Senior Product Manager will lead and direct the product activities. You will own the end-to-end product line and will be accountable for product profitability, product planning which includes new product additions. The Senior Product Manager will be required to partner with RD&E and ISC, and Sales to develop and manage product roadmaps. You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio. You will integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes. Develop robust product plans to deliver outstanding financial outcomes. The Senior Product Manager will develop dynamic pricing strategies based on value delivered relative to customer’s next best alternative. Develop robust business strategies to create a strong linkage between financials, technology and customer needs.
**JOB DUTIES:**
+ Outward Facing: Work with marketing to define go-to market strategy for Home Services, Warranty, Insurance, Rental, Utilities, and Home Builder markets; Define functionality needed for each market segment. Examples: Risk Scores for warranty, ROI calculators, total cost of ownership, etc.; Define common functionality: monitoring and diagnostic tools; New hardware opportunities: hand held devices, miniaturization, cost-out; Global market opportunities; Global manufacturing and distribution; Mobile application specification; Service Tech applications tools; Equipment coverage; Over the air update services
+ Inward Facing: Equipment analytics; Component analytics; Analytic training tools; Analytic deployment tools; API for customer integration; LifePulse/Device monitoring for uptime, logs, health; Support Tools; Training Tools; Monitoring Tools

**YOU MUST HAVE:**
+ Bachelor's degree with a MS preferred
+ 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, and/or Analytics, with a preferred blend of expertise across these domains

+ The typical base salary for this role, ranges from USD $140,000 to $233,826 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
+ This role is eligible to participate in the Resideo Bonus Plan (RBP) subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. You can earn an annual bonus of 15% of your annual salary. This percent will be prorated based on your hire date. Business performance against pre-established financial goals for the fiscal year will determine 100% of the bonus payment amount. If your first day of eligibility under the Plan is after November 1st, you are not eligible for an RBP payout in March of the following year.
