Qualifications

Associate degree in Construction Management, or 2 years related field experience.

Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in relevant software, Revit, Word, and Excel.

Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations, and mechanical and/or electrical systems for buildings is a plus; however, we will provide in-depth training for candidates who fit the company culture.

The commissioning agent will retrieve the specifications created by the engineer and verify the equipment is operating per the sequence of operation.

Mechanical systems (RTU, AHU, VAV, Heat pump).

Electrical systems (ATS, EPS, Switchgear).

Building automation systems.

Fire alarm systems.
